We have a brand new vacancy for a Health & Safety Business Partner to provide an increased focus to our high profile, major government and major private contract customers and their logistics.

You will take on Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) planning/strategy, incident investigation, customer liaison and site visits. You will support our bidding processes by being the leading critical conscience for health, safety and environmental aspects that deliver increased project satisfaction amongst our existing and future customers – and more widely in the construction sector.

What will you bring?

*

Proven managerial experience within a Health, Safety & Environment function or in an operational leadership role where a focus on Health, Safety & Environment has been necessary.

*

Holding, or working towards a recognised professional safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), IEMA Certificate (or equivalent).

*

Holding, or working towards a formal chartered status to the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH).

*

Strong personal impact and credibility – able to see the commercial/business perspective and provide value–add for our customers and colleagues.

*

Ability to influence and challenge constructively, partnering our customers and the business in a collaborative and positive way.
