Training Now, Agincare's training partner, provide a wide range of health and social care training & coaching courses including 'earn as you learn' Apprenticeships for their clients (including all Agincare sister companies). Due to business growth, Training Now are seeking a Managing Director to develop the company's vision further with the support of an established Senior Leadership Team.
If you are a senior business leader with a successful record of leading a training company to grow and achieve its objectives preferably within the health and social care sector we would like to hear from you.
About the Role
As Managing Director of Training Now, you will be responsible for providing clear leadership and goals to the entire Training Now organisation and communicating these to the wider Agincare business. You will steer the company to achieve agreed strategic objectives, transforming the business to deliver via people and focus on quality in all aspects of operations.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Develop and deliver business strategy attaining the objectives of the Board and Shareholders;
Expand Training Now so that it has a wider client base and becomes a leader in the field of health & social care training providers;
Lead the company to achieve all financial and commercial KPI's and new business ventures and expansion;
Become the recognised expert for training services and provision within Agincare, providing advice and guidance as to the best approach and course of action;
Communicate company reports and achievements to the Board, Shareholders and business partner.About You
You have experience of successfully leading a training provider organisation to achieve strategic business goals;
You can demonstrate that you have devised and delivered business strategies successfully to achieve real change in an organisation;
You have grown a company successfully, widening the client base;
Experience within health and social care is desirable but not
