Vice President - Metals & Resources Private Equity

Based in the firms London office but with a global focus the Vice President will work closely with the firm's Partners and Investment Associates to identify & analyse investment opportunities in the global Mining space with a focus on Battery Metals.

Where opportunities are identified the incumbent will work closely with partners to lead the execution of investments and their ongoing monitoring.

Applications are sought from candidates at Senior Associate or VP level with M&A experience gained at a leading Bank in a mining or Natural Resources focussed group or potentially a generalist with demonstrable deal experience aligned to the sector.

Candidates will also need first rate modelling, analytical and deal execution skills.
