Job Purpose
The Associate Managing Director will undertake a key role within the CCGs Senior Management Team, acting as a deputy for the Managing Director. The post holder will be required to work in a complex environment to support the implementation of the Integrating Health and Care White Paper to include as required support in relation to the issue of proposed boundary realignment.

Internally the post holder will develop effective working relationships across the ICP and in particular with:
STP Academy
Primary Care
Clinical and operational teams and leaders
Planning, contracting and BI teams
IT and digital
Workforce team
Externally this includes:
Partners in the Ladywood and Perry Barr Integrated Care Partnership
Primary care services
Community, voluntary, charitable and faith sector organisations
National partners and collaborators
NHS England/Improvement
NHS and non– NHS service providers
Other CCGs and ICSs
Other public sector colleagues
