Business Development Manager (Saas)
GBP35,000 – GBP40,000 + GBP30k OTE (uncapped)
Leeds Head office with hybrid working or fully remote
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for one of the UK's fastest growing Saas providers. The BDM effectively manages the pipeline to drive the exceeding of KPIs and targets set both through self–generation work and inbound leads.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Working as a key part of the Business Development team you will engage directly with decision–makers within SMEs throughout the UK.
* Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority to drive conversion.
* Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets through best practices.
* Assist Product Experts team on product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non–technical aspects of the product offer and commercials.
* Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships.
Skills & Experience:
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders such as CEOs and CMOs.
* Self–motivated with the ability to work in a fast–paced, changing environment.
* Customer–centric approach to coach and help customers to see the value of Force 24 in improving their business marketing and sales outcomes.
* Results focussed, with a sense of urgency, tenacity, and persistence
