Business Development Manager – Edinburgh
Salary GBP47,000 + Bonus (OTE GBP70k–GBP75k), Car Allowance, Laptop, and Mobile Phone

We are looking for an experienced, well–connected sales professional who really knows the East Coast marketplace. What we are offering, is a chance for you to leverage your network, supporting key local and regional employers and helping them obtain vital funding in these unprecedented times. The work you will do, will put money back into the local economy, helping companies to protect jobs, remain competitive, and continue innovating.
The role going forward will be mostly remote, but some office work will be expected on a hybrid model with days in the office as well as at home. In your role, you will be supported by our highly successful inside sales operation, which will provide you with additional leads.
We have become the UK's leader within R&D tax relief and boast an impressive success rate on claims submitted to HMRC. It may not sound like the most glamorous industry, but when you see that our client base encompasses the engineering, science, and software fields, it will hopefully resonate with you just how big an opportunity this is.
The diversity of clients that we deal with enables our sales team to speak with industry leaders who are changing the world we live in. We currently have over 10,000 active clients in the UK and this number is growing every day.
You will need to have experience of selling services within Finance, IT, Legal or Recruitment. You will already have a network that you can tap into.
