The role:
As a driven new business hunter you will be responsible for growing sales, you will pick up some qualified business leads but you need to be able to get stuck in and prospect and generate your own opportunities across retail market.

This 360 degree sales role is a perfect fit for someone who has managed the full sales cycle selling to large and small organisations.

The ideal candidate has to have proven experience of selling into SME & enterprise clients, ideally within the retail space. The successful candidate will have desire, ambition and will not be phased by new challenges.

We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager who can demonstrate success in hunting and developing new business. Core skills and background include:
• Proactive individual with a self –starting attitude.
• Existing experience in solution software sales
• A consultative approach to generating new business
• Able to own and develop relationships with C Level stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management
• Motivated by over–achievement
• c3–5 years' experience within sales
