Are you in a Senior Demand Generation/Growth Marketing Manager position and looking for your next step? Do you work in the SaaS space and worked globally? Then this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Director for my global client either in the UK or the US with remote working /office working to suit candidates preferred way of working. This global role is responsible for both creation and execution of the marketing strategy for my client's SaaS offering and leading a team to drive new revenue streams and growth.
The Role:
Develop, coach and mentor a team of marketers on market strategy and set clear performance standards
Develop and execute market, competitive and customer intelligence programs
Define and lead the team to develop buyer personas and journey maps
Leverage buyer insights to build compelling and consistent messaging and oversee internal and external agencies tasked with creating content
Oversee roadmap and launch planning and manage the go–to–market strategy for new offerings and enhancements on the strategic growth area
Measure strategic growth marketing performance, using data analysis to understand marketing contribution
Present key marketing initiatives to influence and get buy–in of internal senior stakeholders and partner with broader marketing organization to ensure that the strategic growth area is integrated and aligned
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Experience in cloud and subscription marketing strategies
Proven background in portfolio marketing; broader marketing experience is a plus
Formal leadership and people management experience; global experience preferred
Excellent communication skills – there is regular presenting ideas in this role
Highly analytical thinking and strong background in business analytics, measurements and dashboards
