The Ideal Candidate

* Proven track record in either Procurement or HR recruitment

* Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position

* Experience in growing and developing a team

* Successful in representing a brand across C–Level

* Previous track record of growing a market leading team

* Previous experience in being a mentor
