Locum Residential Conveyancer, 3+ PQE, 1-week Holiday Cover, October start, Office based. This Worcestershire based firm are currently seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join them for 1 week in October 2021 to cover holiday. Interested and available?
ROLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE LOCATION: Worcestershire HOURLY RATE: Up to £35.00+ (DOE)
OVERVIEW: This Worcestershire based law firm are well known in the area and have a thriving Property Department. They are looking for a Locum to cover from the 25th - 29th of October as a key member of the team is on leave. You will help support with an increased workload during this period. The appointed Conveyancer must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload of property matters such as re-mortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity and right to buy properties. You will have secretarial and paralegal support within this role, and the firm use a case management system.
This role will be office based and the firm are fully COVID compliant in line with government guidelines, free parking onsite will be provided.
