This profitable and forward thinking law firm are planning to grow by appointing an individual to lead and grow the Property disputes area of the business, and are looking for a proactive individual who is proficient in Business Development and Marketing to help develop and grow the existing practice area. They are a successful property firm with untapped resources for marketing and cross selling, and so they would expect the successful candidate to develop a business plan and proactively market our services.
Applications are invited from individuals possessing at least four years' relevant experience based in London with a background in property disputes/property litigation.
You will be provided with a varied workload including but not limited to the following areas:

You will be provided with a varied workload including but not limited to the following areas:
- insolvency and restructuring, telecommunications related disputes, representing landowners and/or operators, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, lease renewals, dilapidations, contractual disputes, possession claims, development constraints and rights of light work, rights of first refusal, residential structuring experience, residential tenants' rights and energy and infrastructure related disputes.
