About the Role Based at their Banburyoffice you will be expected to work in a time effective manner under minimal supervision whilst providing advice on a diverse range of commercial property transactions. This will include commercial landlord and tenant; property development for landowners and developers; and real estate finance.

Candidate Requirements They are looking for a lawyer with at least 3years relevant experience and with a solid track record within a reputable commercial department. He/she must show a keen interest in business development and assist in marketing events for the firm, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and good client care skills are a must.
