Private Client Solicitor - Top 100 - Manchester
Fantastic opportunity to join this nationally recognised Top 100 practice who are looking to expand their private client department due to continued levels of new instructions. This firm have several offices throughout the UK and have a raft of Chambers & L500 ranked Partners in each. Their private client team is Tier 1 ranked and has a fantastic reputation whilst dealing with the highest quality work possible.
This position is for a qualified solicitor with at least 4 Years PQE + and ideally STEP membership, however STEP is not essential. There are opportunities for both Associate & Senior Associate Solicitors.
This role is to deal with a mix of wills, trusts, tax & estates work so prior experience of these will be essential. The clients you will be dealing with are all HNW and UHNW and will therefore have high value £multi-million trusts & estates that they need advising on. You will be dealing with complex trusts to include tax returns, inheritance tax issues and landed estates where you will be dealing with issues on agricultural properties, leased properties, quarries and agricultural estates. Matters regularly exceed £1,000,000+ with assets such as overseas properties, large estates, agricultural properties and complex trusts.
You will be working as part of a strong team but will have input on how cases are handled as well as dealing with any business development. Clients will be from the local area and across the region, so there is an expectation to offer a great face-to-face service as well as being flexible enough to meet clients out the office.

Salary will be based on PQE level however will be a minimum of £45k+ and will range up to £70k.
