LEGAL COUNSEL - TECH COMPANY - LONDON

This role offers real opportunity for progression as well as the chance to work within a well-established and pioneering player within the modern governance space. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will be joining a rapidly growing software solution business while supporting and learning from C-Suite level individuals.

You will ideally be between NQ-4 years' PQE with good experience dealing with commercial contracts. You will be UK or EU qualified and confident handling matters relating to GDPR, Software and SaaS. As you will be joining an engaging and fast-paced team, experience in B2B licensing, client servicing and SAAS agreements is beneficial. While not essential for the role, European languages and experience in Internet Law would be a major advantage.
