More about the role

You will lead a team and represent the business area at a senior level, delivering all services within current legislation, best practice and business KPI's. You will maximise the performance of multiple client portfolios, ensuring that colleagues within the team and across the business deliver the service.

You will ensure budget delivery and achieve all business plan objectives ensuring that issues and problems raised by clients, customers or third parties are dealt with promptly and effectively, working with the Health and Safety team to manage the resolution process.

This role has been evaluated to suit a hybrid' working pattern for a trial period whereby there will be the opportunity to work for home for some days each week if preferred

More about you

Ideally, you will have either Portfolio, Lettings or Asset Management experience along with managing client relationships and leading and motivating a team.

We are looking for a resilient decision maker who has experience analysing data and taking action in a customer focussed environment. You will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, along with a common sense approach.

Having gained a recognised professional qualification, you will have excellent knowledge of the private rented sector, multi–tenure management along with the associated legislation and a good knowledge of property law. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate effective problem–solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
