We are currently partnered with a dynamic law firm which has managed to grow rapidly despite the challenging market conditions we now face.

With offices nationally, this firm hosts an impressive number of Partners from International Law firms and City backgrounds. That's not to say they do not consider talented partners from regional and national firms looking to step up.

The firm is now looking to recruit a Corporate Partner who will play a key role in the growth of the Birmingham office. The firm is pioneering and adaptable and well placed weather any economic downturn. Your clients will benefit from a high calibre full service offering both in Birmingham and offices further afield.

This role would suit a Partner who seeks to practice BigLaw without all the bureaucracy which is usually associated with these types of firms.

In order to attract the very best candidates the law firm offers market leading remuneration in a clear transparent manner.

The likely candidate will most probably be a current Equity Partner frustrated by their firm's financial performance or someone who is on the cusp of equity and unsure if they are ready to commit due to uncertainty.
