The Role:
In the Business Development Manager role you'll be primarily responsible for winning new contracts in the 'office refit / refurb' space – around the GBP200k level, working with an existing base of main contractors
You'll report to the Director and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have relevant experience of winning high value bespoke construction contracts via a tendering style process.You'll also need experience of working with contract values of circa GBP150k and understand value engineering.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to GBP60,000 per annum
