Forward Role are working exclusively with a global award–winning media agency in Manchester City Centre, looking to hire a Digital Director into their team. Highly regarded as one of the best in the North, they are renowned for their creativity, innovation and award winning campaigns. They are looking for a Digital Director in a senior leadership role who will lead the digital strategy for one of the most innovative businesses in the UK. Roles like this don't come around often!

As Digital Director you will act as a focal point for the agency and the client, sitting as a senior, digital and client facing lead. Focused on a key client account with a dynamic, exciting, fast–paced piece of business, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make a real impact and become a close allay to senior clients and their talented digital in–house teams.

You'll report directly into the Managing Partner and will have oversight for the whole digital performance roadmap, spotting opportunities for development and showing insight into what would work for them. You'll embed yourself within their in–house digital team and be proactive in giving your opinion and offering knowledge.

The nature of this role means they are looking for someone with a strong background in managing digital media campaigns, across performance and brand, with the ability to strategically lead.

Skills:

• Strong digital background, with experience of managing large digital campaigns from a strategy and leadership perspective
• Proven experience of evolving a client's digital offering
• Ability to influence and form relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of performance channels and working with activation teams
• Not afraid to share your point of view
• Ability to push forward change and spot opportunity
