Programme Manager (12 Month FTC)

I am delighted to be exclusively supporting a Global Business in the Tyne and Wear area for the appointment of a Program Manager on a 12 month FTC.

Job Description

• To be responsible for total program performance including project execution, business goals and customer relationships
• To lead a technical cross–functional team
• To keep on top of product fielding requirements including DT/OTE, training, support and transition to production and guide the team through those milestones
• Guide program performance including execution, financial goals, risk management, schedules and all other contractual commitments
• Interact heavily with internal and external customers
• Advise management and customers through briefing packages, cost and technical proposals

Skills Required

• Extensive experience working as a Program Manager or Project Manager
• Previous experience of delivering challenging projects on time and within budgets
• Previous experience of successfully managing technology development programs and Engineering and Development Programs
• Proven background in bringing teams together to deliver projects
• Background in Automotive, Aerospace or Defence background
