Head of Clinical Negligence
A well–established regional law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive (2yrs'+ PQE) to join its growing medical negligence team.
You'll be joining a growing clinical negligence team as a Fee Earner where you'll handle your own varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters (including a mix of pre and post litigated, predominantly multi–track cases). This will include delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment, misdiagnosis, dental negligence and various other matters.
You must be a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–5yrs' PQE, although more junior/senior Lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
