Head of Customer Service

Job Title: Head of Customer Service
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Leicester
Salary: GBP65,000 + GBP6,500 Car Allowance

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE FOR THIS POSITION, AS UK TRAVEL MIGHT BE REQUIRED ON THE ODD OCCASION.

Your New Role
As a Head of Customer Service, you will be working closely alongside Director and Senior Management level to ensure that a first–class service is delivered across the business, as well as creating effective ways to develop the overall customer satisfaction rating whilst minimising and resolving any issues within the first point of contact. You will review UK customer satisfaction surveys, to ensure that any improvements are actioned immediately.

Additional responsibilities will include budget management, following and implementing organisations policies and procedures, and ensuring that all services are within the organisations agreed SLA's / KPI's.

What You Will Need
The successful candidate, will have previous experience within a similar senior Customer Service management role, and have proven experience managing and motivating a successful customer service department whilst being committed to individual's development and personal success. You will be highly performance and target driven and be able to thrive when working within tight deadlines. Due to being a senior member of the organisation, you will be responsible for liaising with colleagues at all levels, so it is key that you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
