Birmingham (2 days working from home, 3 days office)

GBP90,000 – GBP100,000 plus package including bonus

Role

The role is to develop a commercial plan for the management of product supply into the business to meet forward demand. Manage the budget and trade product; manage performance in season in order to drive profit in line with agreed financial parameters and the business strategy

To help internationalise the business. Developing a strategy for multiple stocking points and regional ranging complexities and different trading activities appropriate to market conditions.

Co–owning pricing strategy and promotional creation and management across multiple markets and currencies.

Co–own the product and range plan supporting the Buying Director and team to focus on product development and range management.

Manage the quality team to ensure we exceed all legislation and customer expectation.

Essential Experience you'll need to succeed

• A proven track record in international merchandising and complex supply chains
• Experience of managing owned and sourced brands, as well as third party ones
• Experience in building and developing ranges
• Resilience and a can do supportive attitude
• Proven experience in motivating and managing a team
