The brands is fantastic, a huge success story and they're about to launch in the UK and Europe and this top creative agency is going to be at the centre of making this happen.

We are looking for a Business Director who is creative, strategic, understands how to engage with brands across social, digital and content, but also gets brand advertising work. Lots of money is going to be invested in this launch, it's going to be a huge, and the Business Director leading this needs to be on it, focused and driven.

The brand sits in the alcohol category, and the focus is targeting the youth market. Social and digital work is going to be integral in the delivery. We are looking for a Business Director who has worked on leading social, digital and content work – work that stands out, work that's cool and hugely shareable. Work that this audience can relate to. The Business Director will be the key leader, working with a managing partner, and one of the agency's top leaders, and your wider team underneath you.

It's global work, and the Business Director will work with another lead office that sits within the agency, and together you'll manage the client and direct the business. The Business Director must be driven, ambitious, really passionate about making creative work, cutting edge in your thinking and non–traditional. This isn't an advertising (TV first) role, but you'll make ATL work, the focus is really on more innovative led digital and social / content work, that builds brands, drive sales and increases brand awareness.

The Business Director will be focused on driving the client relationship forwards, managing the teams across 2 offices, and someone who can champion creative work! It's a must that you'll be a Business Director who has worked in a highly creative led agency – it could be a social / digital or content led agency, or an integrated agency where social has been a big part in the work you've delivered. You'll be a Business Director who has worked on lifestyle brands, and pushed creativity to the max.

The Business Director will have experience working with smart planners, and creatives who look to push boundaries. We want a commercially minded Business Director, who can partner with clients and give them total confidence.
