Who are we looking for?
We are offering a fantastic 12–month opportunity for a candidate with extensive experience of operating in an HR Business Partner role, to join us in our People Department. You will have the possibility to add real value to the business by guiding and supporting managers with people related activity.
Reporting to the People Strategy Manager, the HR Business Partner will work within a professional business setting, bringing HR expertise and an ability to influence at a senior level and manage key stakeholders. Your key focus will be advising across all areas HR, employee relations; supporting and advising stakeholders on culture development, change, performance management as well as developing HR policies and procedures.
As our People/HR Business Partner you will build close working relationships both within the People department and in the business. You will also have up–to–date employment law knowledge and be pro–active in identifying people issues both tactical and strategic and working with key stakeholders across the business to formulate and implement solutions.
You will be a good influencer with the ability to provide robust yet fair HR support. You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing complex employee relations (ER) issues to resolution. You will have been integrally involved in designing, delivering and implementing tailored solutions, business processes, policies and procedures in accordance with organisational and People strategic direction.
What will you be responsible for?
The role of HR Business Partner will work closely with Senior Managers to achieve shared organisational objectives. The role holder will:
– Provide change management and business transformation expertise.
– Develop collaborative working partnerships with colleagues across the business
– Use HR data analytics and management information to inform decision–making and guide the business.
– Support and guide Managers with workforce planning activities, to develop the future skills, knowledge and capability requirements.
– Ensure the organisation is embedding a Being Inclusive culture, and aligning it's working practices to the Being Inclusive strategy
