An award winning and ambitious Non-Contentious Construction team, within a highly regarded international law firm, is now looking to add a construction (non-contentious) solicitor to its team in Milton Keynes due to organic growth.
This is a great opportunity to become involved in some of the most interesting work available in the UK, acting on domestic and international projects across the real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, and transport sectors.
Your remit will include building and engineering contracts as well as related agreements including development, management, supply and maintenance contracts, delivering consultants' conditions of appointment, collateral warranties, parent company and performance guarantees and bonds, managing contract specification and building regulations issues.
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity and lots of energy!
