Our client is a full-service private practice law firm established for almost 100 years. The firm acts for a wide range of clients from individuals, charities, large corporates' and small businesses, supporting and providing advice on all aspects of their commercial property transactions. This will range from dealing with the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property whether owner occupied or investor and related to commercial finance. The department also works closely with the corporate team advising on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.
The Commercial Property department is seeking an experienced commercial property Solicitor to join the current team of 8 other fee earners based in Ascot. The team is Partner lead, and you will have the support of your own full time Secretary.
In the main your caseload will include:
Salary: £40000 - £58000 dependent on experience.
