We are currently working with an established Taxi Firm to support the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have:
?? Customer Service experience
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
?? Motivation and be able to act proactively and independently
?? Good administration and organization skills
?? The ability to thrive and be positive when working under pressure
Duties to include:
?? Provide day to day support to the drivers
?? Support with the handling of complaints
?? Undertake relevant driver–partner engagement processes and ensure all correct documents are processed and saved on file
?? Ensure all drivers have the correct equipment and information needed to remain compliant with local licensing guidance
?? Promote and add value to the services provided to drivers
?? Analyze driver statistics to understand the current local market and competitors to aid driver retention
?? Support drivers with any accidents or collisions and follow the relevant processes
You will receive a competitive rate of pay with sociable working hours.
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 with half an hour unpaid lunch break, GBP9.10/h paid on a weekly basis
The role offers temp to perm contract for a suitable candidate
