A Shared Legal Service based in South West London currently seeking an interim Commercial Property Lawyer.
Your new role
As a Commercial Property Lawyer for a Local Authority Lawyer, you will be dealing with all asset management matters such as lease and licences. You will be reporting on acquisitions and disposals and advising work on complex areas of law.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx or equivalent, with experience in law, preferably within the public or private sector. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional time management skills, able to efficiently prioritise tasks.
