We are looking for a HEAD OF PRODUCTION to jpoin a family–owned manufacturing organisation, who have been established for over 100 years.
This is a large, highly reputable organisation, and as HEAD OF PRODUCTION, you will be given complete accountability, and full responsibility to manage all their Process plants.
Head of Production Benefits:

Duties of Head of Production
* Management and accountability for all process manufacturing plants
* Managing direct reports
* Oversee all process improvement activities, waste elimination and carbon net zero
* Control budget and Capex expenditure
* Ensure compliance with all SHE policies, procedures and HSE/EA intervention plans
Requirement of Head of Production
* It is essential that you have a Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
* Experience of SHE requirements and process safety management
* Significant man–management experience
* Strong leadership skills
* To be able to show excellent commercial awareness, having managed budgets and costs
* Chemical synthesis experience
* Ambitious and motivated
The role is commutable from Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Aldridge, Lichfield, Tamworth, Tyseley, Redditch, Telford, Kidderminster, Smethwick, West Bromwich, Worcester, Tamworth and Halesowen
