Long established, profitable, and privately owned, our client is a diverse group of energy, distribution, renewables and property businesses. Shrewd investment together with a reputation for quality and service delivery has it well placed to exploit significant future opportunities.
It now seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a commercially astute Finance professional who can help capture new opportunities, manage projects to fruition and significantly improve the quality of management information. Reporting to and working closely with an aspirational Managing Director, you will have an opportunity to make a significant contribution to this business.
Happy to be hands on, your involvement will be total. Responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly management accounts; the delivery of insightful, commercially–focused management information and analysis; providing support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting; and the leadership and development of the finance team.
A qualified accountant who can demonstrate real success in a fast–paced environment, you will be enthusiastic, results orientated and prepared to get your hands dirty. Robust, pragmatic and a problem solver, your people and communication skills will be first rate
