Client Services Director – West Midlands – cGBP65k

We're working with a great agency in the Midlands who are looking to recruit a Client services Director into their vibrant team. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring client satisfaction hits and exceeds business targets as well as driving and supporting Account Teams to maintain high level (exec team and above) client relationships, attending meetings where required
  • Advising and supporting Account Teams to ensure projects delivered exceed client expectations
  • Build and develop lasting relationships with existing and target clients
  • Ensure account teams are working within the ISO 9001 standards for client delivery
  • Full responsibility for hitting business development targets with client portfolio. Actively seeking new connections within key clients and attending client functions/ events to network
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communication Manager and Client Relationship Director to support marketing and new business campaigns
  • Producing monthly reports for Management Meetings to show progress against business objectives and other management issues
  • Implementing business strategy and priorities within the Commercial team
  • Support the leadership team in cascading key information and stories. Ensuring conversations with clients filter down to account team where necessary

The candidate:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills – excellent presenter and confident at communicating at a senior level (Exec/board) including facilitation

  • Strategic business planning and goal setting
  • Flexible – ability to adapt in the moment and responsive to change
  • Significant event production experience preference, ideally in an agency environment

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Client Services Director to join an expanding Birmingham based marketing agency in the West Midlands.
