Overview

You will be a passionate analyst with a keen commercial sense and passion for results driven analytics. You will want to work with stakeholders up to C–Suite to understand opportunities and challenges for the business.

The role

• You will engage with stakeholders to understand opportunities and challenges for the business and build a roadmap to support business objectives
• Projects looking at opportunities of growth across existing brands, optimizing in–house models or launching and supporting test and learn frameworks in marketing and operations
• Translating business needs into actionable models and data products that will empower marketing and sales amongst other business functions
• Developing, designing and running experiments to answer complex business questions
• Building and maintaining statistical models and analytical frameworks to optimize their sales strategy and invest in marketing more effectively
• Work with BI reporting and data warehouse team on long term and short term ad–hoc projects

Experience

• Strong technical background
• Ability to write complex SQL queries
• Able to build self–serve dashboards using Power BI
• A/B testing
• Proficient in either one of these two statistical programming languages – Python or R

The benefits

The successful Head of Analytics would receive up to GBP100,000 depending upon your experience as well as other benefits.
