Director of People – London – Technology – Up to GBP85,000 + Benefits
We are working with a market–leading technology business that provides a unique SaaS solution that underpins an entire industry.
They are looking to bring in a Director of People, this is a stand–alone HR role covering their UK business. The company are about to go through a significant growth cycle so you will play a vital role in helping to structure the organisation to create a culture of high performance. Whilst you will cover the day–to–day HR aspects of business, you will also be heavily involved with the People Strategy, working shoulder to shoulder with the Managing Director.
To be successful in your application for this role you will;
- Be a HR generalist, happy to get involved in all areas of HR
- Experience with organisational restructures
- A passion for creating high performing cultures
- Ideally have worked for a technology firm
