Are you an experienced Head of HR ready to be part of an organisation truly committed to enhancing the lives of others?

As a key leadership role providing both strategic and operational support to a small HR team, this unique and varied position will offer you the opportunity to raise the profile of HR company wide as you deliver on our client's people strategy.

Adept in Employee and Industrial Relations you will act as a key figure for them leading and providing a high quality, HR service and driving the HR team to provide practical HR initiatives.

Essential to your role will be to have a customer focused approach and the ability to spot key people themes and trends using both robust voice and data performance measures to create an engaged workforce.

With a demonstrable track record of driving people strategy, you will empower your team, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.

Reporting into the Director of Business Transformation, you will provide leadership to create an organisational culture of data–led continuous improvement of the people experience, which supports delivery of the organisation Business Plan and strategies and brings demonstrable benefits to their customers and stakeholders.

This role requires an accomplished leader who can demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Leading the inception and implementation of organisational design/development and/or cultural change strategies across large multi–disciplined customer focused organisations.

  • Strategic leadership of people management within a customer facing organisation that is demonstrably ambitious about the future.

  • Establishing and leading service teams with purpose in a way that delivers demonstrable improvements to key performance indicators.

  • Working as part of and alongside a senior management team to drive cultural and systemic transformation through influence.

  • Organising and prioritising work, with initiative to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly and effectively to deliver results to tight deadlines.

  • Developing and managing successful internal partnerships, empowering and challenging in a supportive way, dealing with sensitive issues, and leading negotiations with tact.
