Role/Responsibilities:
• Drive exceptional customer experience to achieve revenue goals.
• Learn and market a piece of software.
• Be aware of market factors
• Ensure a revenue target is achieved through effective management of your time.
• Contribute to a productive and achievement–oriented team environment.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business needs, creating short term and long–term solutions and strategies to sell.
• Produce monthly and quarterly plans to deliver the revenue targets. Continually review and improve your outbound performance through tactical analysis of performance and risks.
• Maintain correct processes and procedures to effectively measure customer feedback
• Proficient use of the Sales CRM tools for tracking activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
• Engage with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Support & Implementation teams to ensure operational plans are in place to deliver Key Strategic Initiatives.
• Be an active part of the sales community within the group
Requirements:
• Proven track record in a software selling business is beneficial but not essential as full training on the product will be given
• Selling to senior staff in businesses with at least 5 years' experience.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in effectively managing the sales cycle across target accounts, opportunity identification, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Strong communication, presentation and forecasting skills.
• Strong technical acumen, ability to demonstrate software and participate in technical conversations.
• The ability to consistently exceed quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business, to execute on the business's long–term goals.
