My client is a globally recognised growth consultancy and creative and digital studio and they are looking for a Creative Director to join their current leadership team within their award–winning agency on a permanent basis.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Creative Director or someone in a similar role/ wanting to take the next step into the role of Creative Director who is passionate about their work and wants to work with some of the best talent out there!

You will be working within the Leadership team (which includes the CEO, Financial Director and Strategy Director) and play an integral part of running the business with the rest of the Leadership team, you will be collaborating with clients and taking their visions and ideas as though they are your own and identify opportunities across all areas of their business and help bring these ideas to life for an award–winning agency focussing on branding, strategy, creative, marketing and digital. My client is looking for a omni– chanel Creative Director who can understand their clients strategy, oversee and manifest it. Your role will be to lead and inspire the brand design, content, digital and marketing team.

Ideally your career will have originated in Brand Design but now matured to create and nurture omni–channel branded experiences.

You will have a good understanding/experience in and around;

– Data, insights and tactics

– Brand Strategy

– Management Consultancy

– Leading and inspiring your clients and your team

– Audience engagement

– Commercially focussed, creatively led, digitally savvy

– Talented, passionate and knowledgeable

– Confident in client facing roles (This role will be 50/50)
