Our client who are based in Tyne and Wear and hugely successful and accomplished in their field.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Business Partner, leading a small team.

Having the right attitude for this role is key, you will have a real passion for attracting and recruiting top talent; understand the value that good recruitment can bring; be adaptable to the changing demands of a fast paced and growing business. As Recruitment Business Partner, you will:

  • Be the lead of a small recruitment team, confidently managing any recruitment needs.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the function through the optimisation of processes, or by enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Have a good understanding of the company culture, what makes them unique and articulate this authentically and passionately to prospective candidates.
  • Embrace your role as a partner, building great relationships with hiring managers and proactively planning for any future talent requirements.
  • Facilitate hiring manager training to build capability in the business.
  • Lead the transition into a data–driven way of working. Using the recently implemented ATS, to pull insights from recruitment data and reports and act on any findings.
  • Be an active member of the employer branding working group and a strong ambassador at recruitment fares and events.
  • Plan attraction campaigns for the graduate programme and other high–volume recruitment when needed.

Who are we looking for?:

You will have excellent IT recruitment experience within a similar level role and be an excellent collaborator and contributor. You may be coming from an agency background where you've specialised in IT recruitment or perhaps you are working in an IT organisation leading on recruitment.

You will know what good recruitment looks like and have the want to continuously improve the function.
