Handle have partnered with this creative agency who are on the lookout for a new standalone Head of HR. They are a super creative design studio of around 55, this is key role within the business working as a close partner to the MD. With the support of a Recruiter, the Head of HR is responsible for the full employee lifecycle in a varied strategic and operational remit.

The ideal candidate will come with a broad generalist foundation of experience as a given, but the key focus for this hire will be around innovation. They are keen to have a new fresh perspective on the people strategy in line with the ambitions they have for the agency. Although they have a great culture already, they know they have lots more they could be doing across areas such as reward, development, diversity right through to their employer brand.

You'll also come with experience working in a similar size business, ideally from a creative sector background or used to working with similar types of organisations with very flat structure, minimal hierarchy and lots of strong creative personalities!
