QED Legal are working with a leading name in defendant insurance work who are looking for an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their successful and market leading team in the North East as a lead lawyer.
The work is a real mix of Employer and Public Liability and RTA multi–track matters on high value claims in excess of GBP500k. You will be dealing with catastrophic injury cases including brain and spinal injuries, amputations and fatalities.
The right candidate will have experience of carrying their own caseload of genuine high value and complex matters. You will have the expertise and know how of dealing with senior claims handlers at longstanding insurer clients and be confident in maintaining and building relationships. In addition you will be confident acting as a mentor to the junior members of the team.
The firm is known as being down to earth yet professional and the culture here is good.
