A new Opportunity to lead an established team at a well known Hampshire firm
A national law firm providing first class high street legal services across the country via an established network of local names. They have recently undergone a strategic restructure and change that will see them continue to grow further underpinned by strong financial backing providing a great deal of potential for any lawyer wishing to be part of their success story.
The team in Waterlooville are seeking to hire an experienced private client lawyer, this a key position for the firm and the successful candidate will report into the national head of Private client and manage a team of three fee earner and theyre supporting legal assistant/paralegals.
You should be an experienced private client lawyer able to both manage your own caseload of the full remit of private client matters as well as manage the teams needs oversee supervision and training needs where appropriate, as well as play an active role in generating further work and generally have a keen focus on growing the team further. You will benefit from good infrastructure and support from the national head and be given plenty of autonomy to develop the team further.
