A leading UK Top 50 law firm in Manchester is now looking to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor to the team due to continued growth. Applications are invited from Solicitors currently in at Senior Associate level looking for the next step with clear routes to Partnership. A following is not essential, however a demonstrable track record of winning and retaining business is essential.
You will help build and manage a varied caseload working with an enviable client base whilst also driving business development to increase market share with new and existing clients. You will have excellent client management skills and will be used to operating at client facing level, building long term relationships and networks with ranging businesses and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in employment law, and you will be passionate about business growth with a strong track record of successful client tenders. You will have experience of managing a team whilst always looking to improve. You will be an inspirational leader and highly ambitious.
