Serve Talent are proud to be working with a Norfolk based manufacturing business who are looking for someone to head up their Supply Chain function based at their facility based in Diss, Norfolk.
Working alongside the Commercial Director, you will have overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Strategy of this successful business.
Your tasks will be:
– Manage and lead the Group supply chain including demand/forecasting, stock planning, and procurement.
– Develop and implement the Group purchasing strategy aligning this with the overall strategy of the business.
– Ensure all supply chain processes are in line with industry best practice to drive production and operational performance.
– Manage supplier contractual performance.
– Be Accountable for the Group inventory value and initiatives to drive down inventory days.
Ideally you'll be:
– Someone who's ambitious, driven and determined to succeed.
– MCIPS Qualified or equivalent senior purchasing experience.
– Strongly commercially and strategically aware with experience of delivering supply chain strategy.
– Experienced in a purchasing management role, with a proven track record of success.
– An excellent leader.
On offer is a salary of up to GBP60k, 25 days holiday (+bank holidays), 6% Employer contribution pension, life assurance, discretionary bonus, Perkbox, on–site parking and more!
