We are looking to recruit an inspiring, motivated and driven Director of Sales to lead a team of Regional Managers and Business Development Executives for an expanding business who work in L&D and Education sector.
Heading the Education Sales team, you will foster a culture of consultative sales excellence in your team, providing fundamental support and strategic direction in organising the promotion and sales of the organisation's available qualifications and learning development services to a range of Education Providers.
In this position you will be the inspiring figurehead to maintain enthusiasm in your team. Motivating the team is integral to consistent performance in their demanding, fast–paced roles. In addition to impeccable organisation (both of yourself and beyond), we need a confident co–ordinator to align your team's movements into a well–oiled sales machine, in which each operative compliments the other, both with independent work, and as a whole group.
To succeed in your application, you will need experience of leading a Sales Team (preferably within the schools or Adult Education sector). You will have also have experience and be competent in:
Budget and target setting,
Strategy
Negotiation
Sales management
Numerate
Exceptional presentation skills
