My client is at the leading edge of creating practical solutions to one of the most pressing challenges of our time – the future of work. Looking for an Account Director to join their Enterprise team to help initiate and grow some of their most strategic European relationships in either of these three verticals; Professional Services, Financial Services and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through new business development by deeply understanding how to partner best with clients on an ongoing basis
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and coordinate and drive the development of sales proposals
Maintain and build rapport with senior executives to formulate strong, long–term business relationships
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the product and service offering, pricing structure, contract management parameters, policies, and procedures
Develop and maintain a pipeline according to targets, and provides clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities
Requirements:
Experience selling off–the–shelf and bespoke products/solutions to Enterprise/FTSE accounts
Professional Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and/or Learning & Development industry experience preferred
Track record of consistently exceeding annual quota as an individual contributor
Lead, build and execute strategic territory and account plans
Ability to manage complex and lengthy sales cycles
