At Mauveworx we create, automate, print and distribute POS marketing materials for retailers and brands. Founded nearly 50 years ago, our Mauvologists know a thing or two about POS marketing material. We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. We are now looking to hire our latest Mauvologist???

What you'll do

We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Director to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to sell our services to new brand customers. You'll be responsible for identifying and penetrating new and existing brand market sectors by creating marketing strategies with your enthusiastic and highly motivated attitude. With this attitude, you will possess a real appetite for building, developing and retaining relationships whilst driving new business growth across our range of different solutions within the Mauveworx brand. You'll be able to analyse and ascertain the most effective and efficient solutions of existing and new clients with your creative thinking. You will also be responsible for undertaking periodic market research and analysis and be able to report findings and trends to the Board. You will also represent the company at external events and conferences.

This is an exciting new sales leadership opportunity, encompassing the identification and implementation of short, medium and long term goals in the continued enhancement and long term growth and expansion of the Business and identifying new brands. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to make a genuine impact.

What we'll need

We will need an individual who is undeniably passionate and knowledgeable about all things Print and POS and has experience with big name brands! We will need an individual who is curious, the ability to manage their own work load and who is results driven. We are looking for an individual who has previously held similar positions with a proven track record in developing new business with brands.

You will also have a friendly but professional demeanour that will enable you to forge meaningful, working relationships across a wide range of business stakeholders including clients, partners and internal stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively listen to our clients and articulate the wide range of commercial solutions we have to offer. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that you are able to successfully pitch and present and allow you to efficiently negotiate.
