Associate HR Business Partner, Norwich, Competitive Salary within the Public Sector

Your new company
This public sector organisation delivers services to the residents, communities, and businesses of Norfolk. They are looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support, and advice for a period of 3–6 months.

Your new role
Within your new role, you'll be providing the first line of response to all HR queries, including handing a busy HR inbox, answering telephone calls, managing casework, recruitment campaigns and HR projects. As part of your responsibilities, you'll be supporting managers with recruitment, discipline, grievance, policy interpretation and employment law, as well as leading on casework and supporting staff matters relating to health, wellbeing, and employment.

Your new role has remote working opportunities, with a primary office based south of Norwich.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you'll need relevant qualifications in HR, or an equivalent level of experiential learning and transferable skills. You'll have had previous experience in working in an HR environment, giving advice to managers, and maintaining accurate information. Additionally, you'll have good analytical and IT skills, excellent communication, and a commercially focused mind.
