Family Legal Secretary/PA to Partner

We are seeking an experienced Family/Care Legal Secretary/PA to support the Department Head/Partner of a very well–established, highly reputable law firm, in Nuneaton, in a very friendly, supportive working environment.
The role will involve provision of secretarial support on a one–to–one basis to the Department Head. This is a varied role encompassing a range of private family matters and public law care proceedings, and will involve
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients by telephone, e–mail, and face to face
* Preparation of court bundles and other documents
* Preparing cases for court
* Diary Management
Suitable candidates must have a minimum of two years' family law secretarial experience. Experience of dealing with legal aid matters is also preferred, but not essential.
This is a full–time, office–based permanent position, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday and is offered with a range of benefits including

* Town centre location
* 23 days' annual leave plus additional leave over the Christmas period
* Ongoing training and development.
