Capital Outsourcing Groups Client has an exciting and unique opportunity to join
their brand as the group Senior Business Analyst. Reporting directly to the CEO
this role will be key to the transformation of the group.
The key purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to
understand the business challenges and identify the solution options that will enable
the business objectives to be achieved. The role holder will be responsible for
facilitating all elements of business design including requirements definition,
business process design, and capability maturity analysis and operating model
design.
The role will be tasked with challenging the established status quo with a
view to transform the process to provide better outcomes for both our client and its
customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
* As–is capability maturity analysis across process, people and technology and to–be capability requirement definition
* Work with key stakeholders to understand what "as–is" challenges
* Facilitate the creation of a consensus "to–be" outcomes.
* Development of strategies for achieving the agreed outcomes
* Communicating to key stakeholders the value of achieving the desired "to–be" outcomes.
* Design of channel agnostic business processes
* Design and re–design of operating models
* Definition of quality measure targets to enable outcomes to be measured
* Completion of FMEAs and edge case definition
* Post–launch documentation including updating business process documentation and Business Architecture capability documentation
Skills and experience requirements:
* Challenge constructively: Able to challenge constructively by involving all the relevant perspectives and stakeholders to drive the right outcome for a project and the business
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication as well as listening.
* Is clear, concise, focused with the ability to tailor message and style based on audience.
* Enterprise and Entrepreneurial: suggesting ways to improve processes and able to come up with new ideas/ways of doing things.
* Stakeholder management: ability to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
* Commercial Awareness: clear understanding of how business works and what the organisation wants to achieve through its products and services
* Problem Solving: able to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and resolving issues.
