Purpose of Role
Labour – This involves the administration of a lot of data and the purpose of this role will be to gather and process this from a number of sources, producing a number of defined reports and ensuring compliance across the field teams.
Travel Expense – working with field and finance teams to generate periodic reports on travel expenditure with analysis into travel patterns and opportunities to reduce costs.
Retail reporting/support – delivering support to the retail teams for regular and ad–hoc reporting and any other requirements.
Main Responsibilities
– Collecting data from the field and keeping all store labour based models updated with the latest financial results and reporting key findings/observations to the Line Manager
– Support administration for the day to day management of the firm's European staff scheduling system ensuring queries are dealt with a timely manner and any changes are accurately reflected in the firm's labour model
– Collate and circulate all standard weekly reports to colleagues across the business
– Liaise with the retail teams and resolving store queries in a timely manner.
– Assist with the production of ad–hoc information and analysis and involvement in project work as required
Essential Criteria
* A financially / numerically minded individual with excellent Microsoft excel skills essential.
* Experienced in managing large volumes of data and capable of quickly and accurately summarising information into a format from which meaningful conclusions and options can be drawn
* Demonstrates strong organisational skills and experienced in balancing various projects at once
* Ability to work quickly and accurately to weekly deadlines and support the wider team with ad hoc analysis as required
* Ability to work alongside a wide range of business functions including finance, operations, HR and IT and confident communicating with a wide range of different people, including senior members of the business
* Attention to Detail – produces work that is accurate, thorough, and on time
* Communication skills – excellent telephone and email manner. Able to communicate with a range of different people, including senior members of the business
* Organisational Skills – including the use of folders & retrieval from diverse folders on the IT system, time management, prioritisation skills
* Presentation skills – formatting, layouts etc
