They are seeking a Head of Investor Relations professional to join their growing team and to cover all products. In this role, you will manage and support the Institutional Investor Relations team, allocating responsibilities and overseeing outputs to develop effective, high quality investor communication programmes. In this role, you will manage and support the Institutional Investor Relations team, allocating responsibilities and overseeing outputs to develop effective, high quality investor communication programmes. Ensuring the team works well with all fund managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support the Institutional Investor Relations team, allocating responsibilities and overseeing outputs to develop effective, high quality investor communication programmes
- Develop new and deepen existing investor relationships by delivering a best in class programme of communication
- Support the investment teams in fundraising for new and existing vehicles. Make a significant contribution to tenders, RFPs and DDQs, managing the process where appropriate
- Support the establishment of new institutional investor vehicles and onboarding of clients
- Continue to develop the Fund's ESG positioning, including UNPRI reporting
YOUR PROFILE:
- Educated to degree level with relevant investor relations experience at either a placement agent or private markets fund. Others with relevant PE / infrastructure experience will be considered
- Prior experience managing / having oversight of junior team members is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Numerate with excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of institutional investor market, fund structures and private equity/infrastructure asset classes
